PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce support system, a portal site server and a program, capable of supporting electronic commerce by coordinating servers with each other.;SOLUTION: In an electronic commerce support system, a selling server accepts a press-down operation in a region where a character image from a customer terminal is displayed as well as a purchase operation of an article, a portal site server determines whether or not theoretical stock number of the article is 0, in a case where the theoretical stock number is not 0, acceptance data is transmitted to a business management server to display a thanking comment on the customer terminal using the character image, in a case where the theoretical stock number is 0, a message of asking if an order can be decided with a scheduled delivery date using the character image for lead time data of the article and a message of cancel of the order of the article are displayed on the customer terminal, and further, a message asking whether the order can be decided by collectively delivering a plurality of articles is displayed on the customer terminal, for updating article database, stock database and customer database.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
