PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transmitter built-in fastener capable of directly detecting the temperature, pressure, oscillation, and the like of a processing point of the outer peripheral face of a blade tip or that of a cutting grindstone and a workpiece by building the tip of a sensor of temperature, pressure, oscillation, and the like into the tip of a rotary tool or the outer peripheral edge of a cutting grindstone to accurately detect the temperature of a processing point of a processing tool (cutting blade tool or grindstone).;SOLUTION: In a tool retainer 100 with an insertion part 1 set attachable to and detachable from the coupling hole S1 of a spindle S to detachably attach annular blade tools 10,20 to a tip attachment part 3 with a fastener 21, detection means TS of temperature, pressure, oscillation, and the like are built in the center hole part of the annular blade tool toward the outer peripheral edge, and an A/D converter 50 that digitizes signals from the detection means, a transmitter 60, and a battery B built by separation into the fastener to wirelessly propagate information to an external controller 70 from the transmitter.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
