PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for autonomously transferring a document between stuffs in an office.SOLUTION: An electronic document file acquisition proxy device autonomously substitutes for acquisition from a request destination of an electronic document file instead of a request source. The electronic document file acquisition proxy device comprises: a request job generation section for setting request specification comprising at least one request destination of the electronic document file, a requirement for regulating a content of the electronic document file, and storage place information showing a storage place of the electronic document file; a communication file generation section for generating a request communication file comprising the content of effect for requesting presentation of the electronic document file generated based on the requirement for at least one request destination; and an autonomous correspondence section for transmitting the generated request communication file to the request destination, monitoring a response to the transmission of the request destination and storing the electronic document file presented from the request destination in the storage section in response to the storage place information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
