PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by making portable telephone terminals belonging to a plurality of carrier companies be under the same condition and making the portable telephone terminals be easily moved in a lump while preventing the portable telephone terminals from interfering with each other.;SOLUTION: An electric wave testing system comprises: a response request transmission unit 22 that transmits, from the measurement server 2 side, a response request to smart phones 10a to c; a terminal side response unit 112b that responds when the smart phones 10a to c are connectable; a terminal side recording unit 112c that stores a status; a response acquisition unit 23 that acquires response information including the presence/absence of responses from the smart phones 10a to c; and a storage unit 26 that stores time at which the response request is transmitted and the response information with respect to the smart phones 10a to c in association with each other.
