Provided is an apparatus for exchanging a motor of a winding machine in an elevator such that the motor support surely supports the motor of the winding machine separated from a housing of the winding machine. The apparatus includes: a base put on a machine stand beam portion; a jack which is installed in the base and changes in its height; a motor support which is supported by the jack such that the height thereof can changed in accordance with a change in the height of the jack, and on which the motor of the winding machine is placed; and a rotary shaft installed in the jack, and extending in a height direction, wherein the motor support is able to rotate based on the rotary shaft.
