PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power variation controller for reducing required capacity of a power storage device even when output generated by a renewable energy power generation device varies.;SOLUTION: A power variation controller comprises: a modification amount calculation unit that detects the degree of deviation between a first output target value obtained by performing smoothing processing on a monitored value Ppv_fb of power generation output and the monitored value of power generation output and, when the degree of deviation establishes a predetermined modification start condition, modifies the first output target value to a second output target value Psys* so that the degree of deviation decreases; and a charge/discharge target value control unit (output correction unit 92) that controls charge/discharge output of a power storage device to be added to the power generation output so as to reduce a difference between the second output target value and the monitored value of power generation output.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
