PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteoporosis diagnosis support apparatus capable of determining a disease state of osteoporosis even when using CT imaging data in which a concentration value fluctuates greatly depending on a place although a certain identical substance in a subject is focused on.SOLUTION: An osteoporosis diagnosis support apparatus includes input means for inputting setting data for at least one ROI (region of interest) that falls within a part corresponding to a mandible lower edge cortical bone of CT imaging data, index generation means for generating an index indicating a degree of variation in concentration values in the ROI for each ROI, determination means for determining a disease state of the osteoporosis based on the index, and output means for outputting the result of the determination by the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
