PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage service support server and a storage service support method which can improve the convenience of service to users participating in the same event.;SOLUTION: A storage service support server 1 adjusts the place and date of an event on the basis of each desired place and each desired date of participants on the event, transmits the result of adjustment to contact addresses of the participants (for example, user terminals 4a to 4c), determines the adjusted place as the destination of each tool to be used in the event by the registered users among the participants of the event, and causes a printer 6 to output a forward route invoice with the date before the event date by the prescribed time as the delivery date and a backward route invoice with a storage facility 2 of the tools to be used in the event as the destination.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
