A door installation mechanism for a smart lock system is provided. A door installation mechanism is configured to be installed on a door and rotate a thumb turn of a door lock, and includes a casing 1, a rotating component 2, and an intermediate coupling. The casing 1 comes into contact with the door, and includes a peripheral wall 12 together with the base wall 11, and defines an accommodation space configured to accommodate a door lock. The rotating component 2 is rotatably connected to the casing 1. The intermediate coupling is rotatable with the rotating component 2 and is rotatable with the first coupling unit and linearly movable with respect to the first coupling unit.
