PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penthouse structure unit hardly affected by wind when lifting, and a penthouse structure unitization method using the penthouse structure unit.;SOLUTION: A penthouse structure unit includes a roof material and a plurality of plate materials attached to the roof material.
