Provided are a female garment provided with cup sections and a manufacturing method for the same, in which the manufacturing process has been simplified and durability has been increased. A female garment provided with cup sections is integrally thermocompression molded in a process in which a shape retaining layer (2) containing resin material provided with elasticity, and a piece of a sheet-shaped laminated body (4) in which thin film layers (3) are laminated so as to sandwich the shape retaining layer (2) and face one-another, are in a state in which the peripheral section of the sheet-shaped laminate body (4) is held from the front and the rear by support bodies (5), and then a three-dimensional shape is formed in which a left and a right cup section (6, 7) and a support section (8) follow the chest region of a woman. Specified-width thin sections are formed on the outer peripheral section of the cup sections (6, 7) and the support section (8), said thin sections being thinner than the inner side, and having resin dissolved but not seeping in both the front and rear surfaces thereof.
