PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial-flow fan device capable of alleviating degradation of lubricating oil and an exhaust gas treatment system equipped with the same.SOLUTION: An axial-flow fan device comprises: an outer cylinder 12 of a cylindrical shape; an inner cylinder 13 arranged in the outer cylinder 12 at a predetermined distance from the outer cylinder 12; a motor 14 provided on a proximal end portion of the outer cylinder 12; spindles (a first spindle 17 and a second spindle 19) coupled to a drive shaft 15 of the motor 14; moving blades (a first stage moving blade 23 and a second stage moving blade 24) arranged in a central portion of the inner cylinder 13 and attached to the spindles; and a cooling gas introduction line 111 introducing a cooling gas 110 containing COinto the inner cylinder 13 from outside.
