PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersible polyurethane resin composition capable of adding flexible feeling and rebound feeling to a fiber substrate, having no breakage nor dropout by heat or rubbing or the like even though a coloring treatment is conducted on the resulting fiber product and capable of sufficiently maintaining flexible feeling and rebound feeling even after coloring.SOLUTION: There is provided a water dispersible polyurethane resin composition manufactured by chain elongating polycarbonate diol containing a structural unit derived from 1,10-decane diol and an urethane prepolymer which is a reaction product of polyol containing polyalcohol containing only hydroxyl group as a functional group and having molecular weight of 400 or less and organic polyisocyanate and has an isocyanate group at a terminal by a polyamine compound containing at least 2 or more one kind of amino group selected from a primary amino group and a secondary amino group in one molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: None
