PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a place recommendation apparatus configured to recommend content information for recommending a place in order of desires of a user.SOLUTION: A place recommendation apparatus collects and holds content information as information relating to a place, and provides the held content information in response to an acquisition request of the content information. Information on user operation with respect to the content information is collected, to calculate a first score for each content information. A weighting coefficient set based on the time when the content information is acquired, temporal period information, and the time when the content information is provided is multiplied by a maximum value of the first score in a predetermined area range including a place recommended by the content information, for each content, to calculate a second score. The content information is presented to the user in the order based on a third score obtained from the sum of the first score and the second score.
