PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recommendation device capable of recommending an item with unexpectedness and variety, while retaining relevance between an item selected by a user and a user profile, with the item to be recommended, and to provide a recommendation information determination method, a recommendation information determination program, and an information recommendation program.;SOLUTION: An information recommendation server 5 calculates similarity between a selected item or a user profile, and each node in a hierarchical data, determines a relevant node relating to the selected item or the user profile for each hierarchy on the basis of magnitude relation of the similarity, calculates the similarity between each relevant node and item, and determines a recommendation item having large similarity to the relevant node for each hierarchy on the basis of the magnitude relation of the similarity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
