PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide catecholamine production promoting agents containing a natural product as an active ingredient, to provide therapeutic agents and prophylactic agents of a disease attributed to the lack of catecholamine, and to provide food compositions for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease attributed to the lack of catecholamine.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a catecholamine production promoting agent containing, as an active ingredient, the dry powders, ground materials, and/or extracts of Lumbricina; a therapeutic agent and prophylactic agent of a disease attributed to the lack of catecholamine; and food compositions for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease attributed to the lack of catecholamine.
