PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive easy-to-operate vibration-sensitive breaker controller capable of highly effectively preventing a fire from occurring at a home electric appliance under an energizing state when a disaster such as a collapse or breakage of a house due to a large earthquake occurs.;SOLUTION: A sensitive breaker controller 1 includes: outlet plug means 4 fitted into an ordinary outlet part 23 and mounted with ground terminal means 5; a control panel 2 connected therewith.
