PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal/server communication equipment, a totalizator system, and an Internet voting method for enabling a fan who does not want to register a bank account as member information in advance to execute Internet voting in cash by a totalizator terminal.SOLUTION: Terminal/server communication equipment 3 includes: a server-directed processing part 10 disposed between a server 1 and a totalizator terminal 2 for enabling an Internet voting service to the server 1 by logging in the server 1; and a control part 20 for managing cash information by integrating reserve found with payment information from each totalizator terminal 2, and for executing Internet voting from the totalizator terminal 2 on the basis of the cash information. Thus, it is possible for a fan to execute Internet voting from the totalizator terminal 2 on the basis of the cash information managed by the terminal/server communication equipment 3 without registering a bank account as member information in advance.
