PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a coated paper for offset-printing for manufacturing the coated paper for offset-printing having less drier canvas dirt and good in blister resistance during offset-printing by using a gap former type paper machine.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a coated paper for offset-printing is by an arranging one or more coated layer on double side of a base paper mainly containing pulp and has a papermaking raw material adjustment process for adjusting papermaking raw material by pulp having freeness (CSF) of 200 to 400 ml and amphoteric polyacrylic amide of 0.1 to 1.0 mass%, for example 0.1 to 0.5 mass% to the pulp, a base paper papermaking process of papermaking the base paper by forming a wet paper with a gap former by using the papermaking base paper and applying a size press liquid mainly containing water soluble polymer on the double side of the wet paper by a film metering type application device, and a coated layer coating process for coating a coating material for coated layer containing a pigment and an adhesive to the double side of the base paper.
