PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane waterproof material composed of materials not falling under the specified chemicals ordinance, achieving high extensibility and high strength, and further excellent in foaming inhibition property at high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: A two liquid type diphenylmethane diisocyanate-based urethane waterproof material composition contains a main agent containing an isocyanate group terminal prepolymer obtained by a reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate with polyol, and a curing agent containing polyol as a reactive component, and the curing agent contains an aromatic polyester polyol as the polyol and an imidazole compound represented by general formula (1), where Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group, an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms or an aralkyl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group, an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms or an aralkyl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, or a salt of organic acid thereof is contained as a reaction accelerator.
