PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technical means capable of achieving the efficiency of the business activity of a restaurant.SOLUTION: A restaurant management support system 1 includes: a store terminal 5; a customer terminal 6; an order placement/reception support server device 7; push notification server devices 8-a and 8-b; and a settlement server device 9. When receiving a message for issuing a coupon from the store terminal 5, the order placement/reception support server device 7 transmits push notification including the title of the coupon to the customer terminal 6. When receiving a message for requesting order placement from the customer terminal 6, the order placement/reception support server device 7 transmits the push notification including an order reception ID to the store terminal 5.
