PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depressurization tool that can prevent the occurrence of bedsore easily and effectively when a handicapped person such as a spinal cord injured person maintains a wheelchair seating posture and a supine posture in bed, and has a high practicality.SOLUTION: A local depressurization tool 10 includes a sheet 2 with an air chamber 5 inside, and an air supply and exhaust pipe 3 for air supply and exhaust of the air chamber. The sheet hardly has thickness in the exhaust condition (b). Specifically, the thickness of the sheet can be made into 10 mm or less. Fig. (a) shows a maximum air supply state to the air chamber, and some thickness will be provided in this case.
