PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow viewing of each channel by shortening the initialization processing time of channel.SOLUTION: A tuner 1 of digital broadcasting includes an EMM receiving section 141 for receiving the station individual data of the channel of a viewable digital broadcasting signal, an encryption processing section 17a for encrypting the station individual data by its own specific key, a station individual data storage section 15 for storing the station individual data encrypted by the specific key, a decryption processing section 17b for decrypting the station individual data encrypted by the specific key by the specific key, an authentication processing section 191 for authenticating connection of an other tuner 1, a communication section 18 for transmitting and receiving information to and from the other tuner 1, and a control section 19 for transmitting the station individual data decrypted by the decryption processing section 17b to the other tuner 1 via the communication section 18.
