PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug solution injection device capable of detecting a syringe having been set in a correct posture, with a simpler structure.;SOLUTION: An injection head 110 on which a syringe assembly 200 is to be detachably mounted includes a clamper 140 for fixing the syringe assembly 200 by enclosing the whole circumference of a cover flange 271 of the syringe assembly 200. The clamper 140 includes: a base member; a flange pressing member rotatably supported on the base member; and an engaging structure for locking the flange pressing member at a closed position. The base member includes: a proximity sensor for detecting the syringe assembly 200 mounted on the clamper 140; and a proximity sensor for detecting the flange pressing member having been locked at the closed position.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
