Method and system for early termination of the transmission in response to ack early decoding

Method for wireless communications, devices, and computer program product is provided. Device starts to transmit the data packet and control information. Upon receiving the Ack early decoding of the data packet before sending the entire data packet, the device has to stop the transmission of the data packet, it continues to transmit at least a portion of the control information. Transmission of part of the control information that is required only to decode the data packet is aborted. Sending the rest of the control information is canceled and the use thereof is completed. Receiving device begins to receive the data packet and control information. After decoding the packet early, the device transmits an Ack early decoding, to power down the decoding module. Upon receiving the second Ack, apparatus stops the monitoring of the control information.
