PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow fiber membrane for blood processing which can maintain antioxidant capacity under harsh environment such as high-temperature storage or the like, and shows little variation in performance regardless of the presence or absence of fat-soluble vitamins.;SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane for blood processing which includes the following A-D contains fat-soluble vitamins on the surface within a range of 10 mg/m² or more and 300 mg/m² or less calculated in terms of membrane area. The fat-soluble vitamin content on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane for blood processing is 50 mass% or more of the fat-soluble vitamin content of the whole hollow fiber membrane for blood processing.
