PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house ridge part installation type ventilator, capable of easily adjusting an umbrella type shape according to a roof pitch of a house different by design of the house.SOLUTION: A top plate part 2 covers a ridge wrapping plate part 1 by keeping a ventilation passage E by support metal fittings 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b uplifted on respective inclined planes of the ridge wrapping plate part 1. Both end plates 22 and 23 of the top plate part 2 are provided so as to be capable of adjusting the overlapping area of notch ends 22b and 23b according to an angle adjustment of an umbrella type of the top plate part 2, and comprise a sheet metal support base 11 bent in a substantially upward U shape of supporting a ventilating fan 10. The support base 11 is installed on the respective inclined planes on both sides of a folding line of the umbrella type of the top plate part 2, and is equipped on the inside of the top plate part 2. The ventilating fan 10 is installed on a bridge plate 10a of the support base 11, and the support base 11 is installed so that both leg plates 11b and 11C can approach or separate according to the angle adjustment of the umbrella type of the top plate part 2.
