PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key management apparatus which may prevent a key from being unlawfully removed from a key holder and, when the key is reattached to another key holder, facilitate the reattachment operation and reduce the waste.;SOLUTION: It comprises a key holder 11 comprising a detachable member 40 which is detachable from an apparatus main body 12 and locked in an attached state and a connecting member 41 connecting a key 10 to the detachable member 40. The connecting member 41 includes a linear member 62 capable of being inserted into a through hole 42 on the detachable member 40 and a through hole 60 on the key 10 and a connecting member main body 63 which locks the linear member 62 in a state in which both end parts of the linear member is simultaneously stored.
