There is provided recovery gas supply piping 10 for supplying, from the recovery tank 3, the recovery gas in the tank to the outside. After a first pressure-increasing step is performed by supplying the recovery gas in the recovery tank 3 to the adsorption tank 1 to increase the pressure in the adsorption tank 1, a second pressure-increasing step is performed by supplying the product gas in the product tank 2 to the adsorption tank 1 to further increase the pressure in the adsorption tank 1, and then the adsorption step is performed.
