THERMOSETTING WHITE COATING AGENT AND SUBSTRATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting white coating agent which suppresses discoloration after heating and reduction in reflectance, and has good bending properties and adhesiveness.;SOLUTION: A thermosetting white coating agent contains (A) a white pigment, (B) an epoxy resin having no aromatic group, (C) an acrylic copolymer having a polyfunctional epoxy group, and (D) a compound containing a carboxyl group. A blending ratio of the white pigment (A) is 100-600 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of (D) the compound containing the carboxyl group, (B) the epoxy resin having no aromatic group has an epoxy equivalent of 100-150 and two or more functional groups, and (C) the acrylic copolymer having the polyfunctional epoxy group has an epoxy equivalent of 200-450 and a weight average molecular weight of 3,000-10,000.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
