The convexity 16 has a shape in which a semi-circular cylinder projection on the side face on which the convexity 16 is formed protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the side face. The concavity 14 has a shape in which a semi-circular cylinder groove of the side face is moved in parallel with a direction perpendicular to the side face on which the concavity 14 is formed and the direction in which the depth decreases.
