PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily wearable and lightweight simulator for joint contracture, rigidity or spasticity by which a user can experience difficulty in a body where joint contracture, rigidity or spasticity in upper and lower limbs occurs and which is available for training nursing or attending in changing or bathing of a person with the occurrence of the joint contracture, rigidity or spasticity.SOLUTION: The simulator for joint contracture, rigidity or spasticity comprises: an upper limb constraint appliance including rod-like bodies for the upper limb or the like which can be arranged along shoulders, an upper arm, an elbow, a forearm and a hand of a person while being bent, respectively, in portions corresponding to positions of shoulder joints, an elbow joint and a radius wrist joint of the person; and a lower limb constraint appliance including rod-like bodies for the lower limb which can be arranged along a lower limb band side part, a thigh outer side, a knee outer side and a cnemial outer side of the person.
