PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of a natural disaster other than an earthquake using a seismometer and an alarm output method to a train that estimate the natural disaster other than the earthquake using the seismometer installed on a railroad, search for the estimated position and an influence on the train, and output an alarm on the basis of the search result.SOLUTION: The detection method of a natural disaster other than an earthquake using a seismometer and the alarm output method to a train include the steps of: estimating the occurrence position of the natural disaster other than the earthquake using seismometers 1-8 that are installed on a railroad and include a data transmitter/receiver; searching for the relationship between the estimated occurrence position 10 of the natural disaster and the railroad position of the train; and outputting an alarm to the train on the basis of the search result.
