Provided is a surface-treated aluminum material having a positive electrode oxidation film formed on an outer surface thereof and having superior ultraviolet ray reflection performance and corrosion resistance. Further provided is a UV-ray-reflecting member comprising the surface-treated aluminum material having the positive electrode oxidation film formed on an outer surface thereof and having superior UV-ray reflection performance and corrosion resistance, the UV-ray-reflecting member being favorably used in various apparatuses and devices. The surface-treated aluminum material having a positive electrode oxidation film formed on an outer surface thereof, wherein the positive electrode oxidation film is formed by positive electrode oxidation with a constant voltage of 10 to 30V using an oxalic acid electrolyte, a sealing treatment is carried out after positive electrode oxidation, and the reflectance of UV rays having a wavelength of 254 nm is no less than 50%, and the average reflectance of UV rays having wavelengths in the range of 200 to 400 nm is no less than 70%.
