PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying method such as simply and suitably finishing the wall side, even when using a various-shaped floor materials.;SOLUTION: A laying method of the present invention is a method for laying a plurality of hexagonal floor materials being point symmetry and line symmetry, being less than 180° in respective internal angles and having the first apex and the second apex on the line symmetry axis, on a floor having a first wall surface, and comprises a step of laying the plurality of respective hexagonal floor materials so as to align the direction so that the line symmetry axis is orthogonal to the first wall surface and so that the side of a new laying floor material is joined to the side of a laid floor material and a step of cutting the new laying floor material in a size of a wall-side laying expected position by using a wall-side finish board having a rectangular shape circumscribed on the hexagonal floor material when the size of the wall-side laying expected position existing between the first wall surface and the laid floor material is smaller than the hexagonal floor material.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
