Method and program for rescheduling a project

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reschedule unfinished operations in a project.SOLUTION: The object is attained by providing a method of rescheduling a project including a plurality of operations executed by a computer, the method including: referring to a storage unit storing therein operation result information indicating a result of each of the operations, and extracting unfinished operations on the basis of the operation result information related to a designated project; calculating non-urgency indicating an operable degree after a due date of the project for each of the extracted unfinished operations; creating a non-urgency list in which the non-urgency corresponds to each of the unfinished operations, and storing the non-urgency list in the storage unit; creating a rescheduling plan in which the reschedulable unfinished operations are rescheduled after the due date on the basis of the non-urgency list; and displaying the rescheduling plan on a display device.
