PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar or concrete composition using blast furnace slag fine aggregate, having improved resistance to frost damage; and a product molded therefrom.SOLUTION: The mortar or concrete composition contains fine aggregate including blast furnace slag fine aggregate, a cement-containing binder, and water. A mortar or concrete test piece made from the mortar or concrete composition has a relative dynamic modulus of elasticity or a durability index in predetermined freezing/thawing cycles in a freezing/thawing test based on the freezing/thawing test method described in JIS A 1148 is larger than a relative dynamic modulus of elasticity or a durability index in the predetermined freezing/thawing cycles in the freezing/thawing test of a mortar or concrete test piece made from fine aggregate including no blast furnace slag fine aggregate, a cement-containing binder, and water, being excellent in resistance to frost damage.
