PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of creating a high definition image of a trajectory.SOLUTION: Monitoring of accumulating distance images in the direction orthogonal to a rail while moving an imaging apparatus along the rail is performed a plurality of times. Then, for each monitoring, trajectory images 81-83 having sequential distance images at a specific point are created. Then, one of the trajectory images 81-83 is set as a standard image, and the remaining images are set as reference images, and positional deviation and posture deviation of the reference images to the standard image are calculated. Finally, a reference image obtained by correcting the positional deviation and posture deviation is combined with the standard image, thereby creating a high definition image.
