PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking measuring device and a walking measuring method that can evaluate a posture of a walking part in the walking.SOLUTION: An inertial sensor 1 detects at least any one of the acceleration and angular velocity as the physical quantity for representing spatial exercise of a walking part. A vector calculation part 22 calculates a virtual vector for representing a posture of the walking part changing with the walking motion based on the physical quantity detected in the sensor. A first tilt angle calculation part 23 projects the vector in the frontal plane being a virtual plane vertical to the walking direction and a floor surface, and calculates a first tilt angle in the frontal plane of the walking part based on the projected vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
