TEMPER ROLLING METHOD, FEEDING DEVICE FOR ROLLING LIQUID, AND TEMPER ROLLING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform an optimum temper rolling in response to the change of rolling reduction in a steel sheet to be processed without stopping a production line.SOLUTION: A temper rolling method includes: a first process of previously preparing plural rolling liquids having the friction coefficients different from each other; a second process of selecting one of plural rolling liquids in response to the rolling reduction, thickness of a steel sheet to be processed, and the target hardness after temper rolling; and a third process of performing temper rolling of the steel sheet to be processed using the rolling liquid selected in the second process. In the first process, plural rolling liquids having the friction coefficients different from each other are prepared by controlling the concentration of an additive in respective rolling liquids so that at least the concentration of the additive among one type of rolling oil, water and the additive contained in the rolling liquid is different from that of the additive in the other rolling liquids.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
