PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem mass spectrometric data processing device capable of processing an MS/MS spectrum of a mix of product ions originating from a plurality of compounds to obtain an MS/MS spectrum corresponding to each of the compounds and to identify the compounds.SOLUTION: Formulae of precursor ion are derived from m/z values of the precursor ions on a measured mass spectrum (S11), and formulae of product ions are derived from m/z values of the product ions on an MS/MS spectrum (S12). For each product ion peak, consistency between a formula corresponding thereto and the formulae of the precursor ions is verified to determine an attribute of the peak (S13, S14), and a result of the attribution is used to split MS/MS spectral data to produce an MS/MS spectrum of each precursor ion (S15, S16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
