The invention discloses an end plate used for manufacturing a pre-tensioning-method prestress pre-formed pile and a rapid connecting method of the end plate used for manufacturing the pre-tensioning-method prestress pre-formed pile. The end plate comprises an end plate body, an end plate through hole is formed in the center of the end plate body, a plurality of anchoring holes are evenly formed in the end plate body, at least four dovetail-shaped locking grooves are formed in the plate face of the end plate body, the portion between every two adjacent dovetail-shaped locking grooves is provided with at least one anchoring hole, and at least two positioning holes are further formed in the plate face of the end plate body and provided with guide slopes in an expanded mode. When two end plate bodies are arranged in a vertically-facing mode, the dovetail-shaped locking grooves in the upper end plate body are matched with the dovetail-shaped locking grooves in the lower end plate body to form kidney-shaped locking holes, and kidney-shaped pins for enabling the upper end plate body and the lower end plate body to be meshed and locked are inserted into the kidney-shaped locking holes. The end plate is rapid and efficient in connection and free of influences of the environment and the weather, other improvements do not need to be carried out on the developed pre-formed pile, universality and interchangeability are achieved, and the quality of a pile foundation of the pre-formed pile can be guaranteed.
