PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving behavior diagnosis device for efficiently confirming the diagnostic result of a driving behavior or its validity.SOLUTION: The driving behavior diagnosis device includes: information input means for reading driving behavior information showing the driving behavior of an examinee including the recorded image of the foreground of an object vehicle photographed from the object vehicle driven by the examinee; first detection means for detecting a structure for instructing a predetermined driving behavior at a predetermined pointed position from the recorded image, and for outputting a first detection result including the identification information of an image in which the structure has been detected; a second detection means for detecting the pointed position from the recorded image, and for outputting a second detection result including the identification information of the image in which the pointed position has been detected; determination means for determining the presence/absence of the driving behavior of the examinee at the pointed position on the basis of the driving behavior information, and for outputting the determination resu and control means for starting the information input means, the first detection means, the second detection means and the determination means, and for inputting the driving behavior information to the first detection means, the second detection means and the determination means.
