PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collective housing and complex type collective housing with an enhanced function to prevent fire spreading between dwelling units or between the dwelling unit and a common space.SOLUTION: In complex type collective housing 10, a first collective housing section 11 has: a first building body 22 made up of a plurality of dwelling units such as a first dwelling unit 31 and a second dwelling unit 32; and a first roof section 23 constructed above the first building body 22. A roof side beam H2 is installed at a ceiling side of the second dwelling unit 32 and a neighboring common space 40 constructed immediately below the first roof section 23. Also, an attic space 74 is provided above the roof side beam H2. In the attic space 74, an attic fire-retardant material 22e is placed on the roof side beam H2 in a manner that covers the entire area of the attic space from the second dwelling unit 32 to the common space 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
