PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel means which can contribute to application of immunotherapy for leukemia treatment, and to provide a screening method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention is an isolated peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence in which (i) an amino acid sequence of sequence ID number 1, or (ii) a second amino acid of the sequence ID number 1 is substituted by any of Y, W, or M, and/or a ninth amino acid is substituted by any of F, L, or W. And the invention is also a dendritic cell which is pulsed with (i) the above peptide, or (ii) a protein consisting of an amino acid sequence having 90% or more of homology to a sequence ID number 2.
