NON-EXCITATION ACTUATION BRAKE, ASSEMBLING METHOD OF NON-EXCITATION ACTUATION BRAKE, AND CONNECTING MEMBER OF BRAKE COMPONENT ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-excitation actuation brake which can easily and surely prevent a fall of a spring member in a state of a brake component assembly while reducing a size of a field core in a radial direction.;SOLUTION: A non-excitation actuation brake comprises: a field core 4 having a first penetration hole 11; a hub 6 having a friction plate 28; an armature 5 having a second penetration hole 21; an electromagnetic coil 12 of the field core 4; and a brake spring 17. The field core 4, the armature 5 and the brake spring 17 can be assembled as a single brake component assembly 31 by a snap pin 32 which is inserted into the first and second penetration holes 11, 21 instead of a rotating shaft 3. The snap pin 32 has a shaft part 33, a first lock part 34 and a second lock part 35. The shaft part 33 has an elastic piece 33a which supports the second lock part 35 so as to be displaceable between a use position and an attachment/detachment position.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
