PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative method of carbon black that does not require pretreatment, has a measuring object that is not limited to unvulcanized rubber, and can evaluate the distribution of the carbon black in the whole sample in a blend-rubber-based rubber composition, to provide a rubber composition whose carbon black content is defined by the quantitative method, and to provide a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: The rubber composition includes two or more types of rubber and carbon black. The content of the carbon black existing in each rubber phase is measured on the basis of the line width of the spectrum obtained by measuring the rubber composition by aC-NMR DD/MAS method.
