PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute appropriate user support processing at an appropriate timing according to the preference or situation of a user.SOLUTION: A user support control program causes a computer to execute user support control processing for controlling user support processing. The user support control processing includes: a user support processing acquisition step of acquiring user support processing to be executed, and a risk level or the user support processing which indicates disadvantages for a user from each of the user support processing, from a user support output terminal which outputs the user support processing relating to information notice to a user; a user notice information acquisition step of acquiring user notice information to be given to the user; and a user support processing execution request step of issuing a request to the user support output terminal to compare the risk level of the user support processing with an importance level of the user notice information, to execute user support processing having a user support processing risk level equal to or less than the importance level of the user notice information.
