PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply system and a microorganism culture apparatus including the system which are capable of surely preventing occurrence of clogging in an air feeding pipe or the like.SOLUTION: An air supply system B for supplying gas G into liquid 1 containing soluble substance comprises: an air feeding pipe 4 which is disposed such that the inside of the pipe is communicated into the liquid 1; air feeding means 5 for circulating the gas G inside the air feeding pipe 4; and clogging preventing liquid supply means 7 for supplying clogging preventing liquid 8 into the air feeding pipe 4.
