PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for press-feeding dewatered sludge, while making the increase of the water content in dewatered sludge minimum, capable of the pump press-feeding of the dewatered sludge at a low discharge pressure compared with the conventional technique, and a press-feeding method for dewatered sludge.SOLUTION: Provided is the additive for press-feeding dewatered sludge containing one or more kinds of surfactants selected from nitrogen-containing specific three kinds of surfactants. Bubbles obtained from an aqueous solution containing the additive are poured into a gap between the dewatered sludge at the inside of piping and the piping at a prescribed ratio and the dewatered sludge is press-fed with a pump.
